Love my new room spray!
OMG I just received my 'Room Spray' from West Clay Company and it's perfect! The 'Boutique Exclusive Blends' scent is so unique and cozy. It really made my apartment smell amazing. Decent experience, good product
I ordered a 'Gourmand Perfume' and a 'Travel Tin' from West Clay Company. The website was easy to navigate for ordering. My package took about 6 days to reach me in Arizona, which is pretty standard. Everything was packed securely, no breakage. The perfume scent was true to its description online, and the travel tin candle burned evenly. I didn't need to contact customer support, so can't speak to that. Quality seems good for the price point. No complaints there.
Solid choice for scents
I bought a 'Woody Scents' Reed Diffuser and a 'Wick Trimmer' during their holiday sale. The diffuser smells great, really fills the room without being overwhelming, which is a big plus for me. The packaging was also very nice, making it feel a bit more luxurious. Delivery took about 8 days, which was a little longer than I expected, but it was also a busy time of year. My only small gripe is that the wick trimmer felt a little flimsy for the price. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would consider buying from them again, especially for the diffusers.
